On Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th September, children in Year 2 got to experience some brilliant drama activities and magical storytelling through drama and movement workshops led by Mary Chadwin. The workshops linked to Year 2's current topic of dragons and included dragon tales from the Viking North and ancient China. The children acted out parts in stories and moved and danced to different pieces of music. These activities were made all the more fun by the addition of Mary's fabulous collection of costumes that transformed our pupils into fearsome reptiles and brave Viking heroes! Thank you to all the Year 2 children for their enthusiasm and creativity and thank you to Mary for leading such brilliant and exciting sessions!
