Lydgate Infant School

International Week

Friday 10 Nov 2017 11:20am

After all the excitement of our visits for the 'People Who Help Us' topic, there was no time to stop before it was International Week. The children visited the other F2 classrooms to learn about different places and cultures. There was a chance to learn to count in Welsh, decorate a boomerang, make a Italian mosaic and try their hand at some Chinese writing.

The week finished with a fashion show, so the children had a chance to share their international costumes with their friends.  A great way to end a brilliant start to school.
